The Role

As a Paint Sprayer, you''ll be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every repair is completed with precision, efficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles and panels for painting.
• Mix paints to achieve accurate colour matches.
• Apply water-based paint systems to manufacturer standards.
• Spray vehicles to a high-quality finish.
• Carry out final quality inspections to ensure defect-free repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work efficiently while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within an accident repair centre.
• Extensive experience using water-based paint systems.
• City & Guilds qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of modern paint and refinishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Stable employment history within the automotive repair industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
