Higher Executive Officer (Middle Office Manager)

Higher Executive Officer Temporary assignment for 12 months with a possible extension 18.20 per hour Hybrid working Working directly to the Senior Practice Manager, the main purpose of the role is to provide support to the Litigation and Employment Groups'' senior management team in the delivery of its core business objectives by assisting with developing the Group''s annual budget; monitoring and reporting on performance against it; acting as a key resource with respect to issues like data and performance analysis; assisting with developing performance indicators and other MI to inform the management team''s decisions; effectively managing the unit''s reporting cycle; and effectively managing the recruitment of temporary staff. In addition to the management and leadership responsibilities involved, the work will include taking responsibility for: Line managing a team of Executive Officer''s to ensure work objectives are met including monitoring all aspects of team and individual performance and capability. This includes line management of EOs as well as Leadership responsibilities. Line management experience is essential. Manage any projects and work streams within the team. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of temporary staff, in which you will be required to attend weekly meetings with our supplier and escalate any issues/risks to team leader.
