Join the team and be part of an extraordinary retreat destination that prides itself on creating lasting memories for all who visit.Job Description:As Chef De Partie, you would be part of a passionate and ambitious team, producing high quality food and service in a luxury venue for resident, external and event guests. This role would suit someone who has a passion for using fresh, quality ingredients, providing a luxury service and who is sustainability conscious, utilising our produce from our farm garden.Key Responsibilities:Liaise with the Head Chef or Sous Chef on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.Produce fantastic food to a high level, using fine fresh mostly local ingredients.Ensure accurate records are kept at all times relating to the food production and wastage for all service periods.Ensure that all foods are labelled, stored and handled in accordance to Health and Safety requirements.Menus must be followed to ensure all financial targets are achieved.Fully manage your section; this includes orders, food preparation, service and handovers.Maintain the standards set by the Head Chef and ensure these standards are adhered to on a daily basis.Collaborate with the kitchen team to, develop recipes, and ensure the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation are maintainedRequirements:Previous experience in a similar role in a quality food-led environmentA high level of detail and presentation in the food you produce.Strong time management skills to ensure efficient kitchen operations.A positive and welcoming attitude.Commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client satisfaction.Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team.Benefits:28 days holiday allowanceDiscounts on stays, food and spaOpportunities for professional development and career growth within the company.Hours: 45 hour per week contractPackage: Salary is as stated plus a share of the monthly tip pool.Free on-site parking, discounted food and stays, access to the on site gym.Job Type: Full-timePay: £30,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:TipsBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionDiscounted or free foodEmployee discountOn-site gymOn-site parkingApplication question(s):Do you hold a drivers licence ?Do you have your own transport to reach the site ?Do you have experience in a similar Chef de Partie role ?Work Location: In person
