This is a broad and hands-on role that combines financial leadership, commercial support, operational improvement, and team management. Working closely with the Managing Director and wider leadership team, you will provide the financial insight, controls and strategic guidance needed to support business performance and future growth. What You''ll Be Responsible For Driving Financial Performance You will take ownership of the company''s financial reporting framework, ensuring management receives accurate, timely and meaningful information to support decision-making. This includes producing monthly management accounts, analysing business performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations that contribute to achieving business objectives. Leading Planning and Forecasting A key aspect of the role will be coordinating budgets, forecasts and financial plans across the business.
