A leading consultancy is seeking an Employer''s Agent to join their growing team and support the delivery of an exciting pipeline of new build residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified (or aspiring) Quantity Surveyor, Building Surveyor, or Project Manager to gain structured development and hands-on experience in a client-facing role.
You will be involved in projects from early stages helping to shape briefs, procure consultant teams, and prepare tender packages through to delivery, managing contractors, and ensuring successful handover.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to build a career in residential development consultancy with full APC/CPD support.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting pre-contract services: project briefs, consultant procurement, tender documentation.
- Reviewing contractor and designer proposals against Employer''s Requirements.
- Assisting with preparation of robust tender and contract packages.
- Acting as Employer''s Agent during delivery, ensuring time, cost, and quality standards are met.
- Chairing and minuting project meetings, proactively managing actions.
- Overseeing day to day contract administration under JCT and bespoke agreements.
- Assisting with handover processes including inspections, defects management, and final accounts.
- Some experience delivering Employer''s Agent and/or Contract Administration services within residential development.
- Background in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Project Management (recently qualified or working towards).
- Understanding of development control, housing sector standards, and funding requirements.
- Ambition to grow professionally with full RICS/APC support.
