We are working with this award winning multi-purpose retail outlet with several venues across the South of England, each venue has a large, high-volume on-site restaurant. These restaurants provide Breakfast and Lunch dining, operating between the core hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday''s to Saturday''s and between 10:00am and 4:00pm on a Sunday. The venue offers full breakfast service until 11.30am and then an array of hot-food, served counter style, which includes fresh Pizza''s, home cooked pies and an on-site carvery. You will oversee our counter service, predominately the patisserie counter. A strong pastry background is therefore a requirement of this position. This role benefits from Sociable hours with no split-shifts Key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standard of customer service is always delivered. You must be a Team player and support the rest of the kitchen team during a busy service.
