Domestic Support: Perform light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment. Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met. Manage shopping needs, either independently or accompanying clients, to ensure adequate supplies. Companionship and Social Support: Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Encourage and support clients to participate in social and recreational activities, both within the home and in the community. Accompany clients to appointments, social events, or on outings, as required. Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients'' health, behaviour, or needs to the appropriate personnel.
