Role Title: Management Accountant Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: 48,822 to 58,225 Hybrid: 1 day a week onsite Location: Staffordshire Sellick Partnership are working with a leading higher education organisation who are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to provide financial insight, support and challenge across a portfolio of Schools and Professional Services. The responsibilities of the Management Accountant will be:Partner with senior stakeholders, providing clear financial advice, insight and constructive challenge to support effective decision making.Lead on budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, identifying key variances, trends and financial risks.Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, manage costs and support wider business planning.Provide financial expertise across projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring financial considerations are incorporated into key decisions.Support the wider Finance Business Partnering function while developing and managing junior finance team members.
