The purpose of the role is to support the HR Manager with all recruitment and HR duties from interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees, to coordinating training and development. This role would be ideal for candidates who have solid recruitment experience and are looking to develop their HR skills, or candidates who have experience in both and are looking for a new challenge.This role will include some hybrid some working. Role responsibilities: Manage, support and facilitate the full recruitment cycleCreate and post job advertisements across job boards, social media and in-houseScreen applicants details, shortlist and carry out initial telephone or teams interviewsResponsibility for compliance with right to work details for all candidates and highlight any potential issuesPrepare contracts, offers letters and onboarding documentationCoordinate any training and development activitiesFull involvement with the day-to-day HR operation by providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management, engagement and organisation developmentAssist with the payroll process ensuring accurate and timely details of absences, starters, leavers and all other variablesAccurate completion of all HMRC correspondence and documentation including P11D sParticipation in Health and Safety Candidate profile: Proven ..... full job details .....
