This is a great opportunity for an Injection Moulding professional with experience in tool setting and machine set-ups-especially within the medical device or cleanroom sectors. Duties:Set up injection moulding machines and perform tool changes with minimal downtimeSupport production efficiency on the night shift by ensuring optimal machine performanceStart up machines using pre-defined setting sheets or stored dataAdjust and maintain ancillary equipment (mould heaters, conveyors, dosers, etc.)Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all timesEnsure line clearance and material batch traceability, especially for medical device productionPerform basic machine maintenance tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:Proven experience as an Injection Mould SetterExperience in medical device manufacturing or cleanroom environments (desirable)Ability to work independently on a night shift scheduleStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable using inspection tools and working to tight quality standardsCompetent in MS Office and written communication What''s in it for you? ..... full job details .....
