Contract Consultant Salary: 23000 - 24000 per annum (dependant on experience), bonus, holiday and pension. This is a permanent position, full time working Monday to Friday on site. There is free on-site car parking and access to the site canteen. Role and responsibilities:As a Contract Consultant, you will manage recruitment and candidate aftercare in line with client requirements, attract quality candidates, and provide aftercare during their assignments with Adecco and the client. This operational role, based on-site at Slough, involves overseeing the scheduling of all blue-collar workers, with additional responsibilities supporting other two local remote accounts.Recruit and complete the registration process for all candidates who meet client requirements in line with Adecco business process manual.Gather the appropriate documentation and conduct right to work checks and references for all candidates.Collate and maintain all candidate registration packs to ensure they are fully compliant with Adecco internal processes and Employment legislation.Aftercare - Take responsibility for the care of all Workers whilst on assignment with Adecco and keep in regular contact ..... full job details .....
