They have currently experienced a sustained period of growth and as a result are looking to expand their Finance team making it an excellent time to join the company.DescriptionThe Accounts Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment and will be fully office based. Reporting to the Head of Finance Key duties will include: Process Accounts Payable activities including:Supplier invoice processingCredit card reconciliationsPayment runsSupplier account reconciliationsPerform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsManage high-volume billing activities and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.Support credit control processes, including monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue accounts.
