Data Analyst/Data Quality - Facilities Management domain (CAFM, ESTATES) etc.My Higher Education client in London seeks a talented Data Quality/Data Analyst Specialist who has Facilities Management/Estates Management working domain, so any experience in Estates Management, Construction, Asset Management, Building safety/compliance, Building Information Management or similar environment, and experience with common FM/Proptech industry systems such as CAFM, IWMS, CDE or similar will be a significant advantage. Key Person requirements: This is a ''doing'' role - the successful candidate will be an independent thinker with a proactive, flexible approach and has a ''can do'' attitude. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior leadership to junior grades across all functions within Estates, to understand and prioritise data quality issues and needs from operational and customer perspectives.
