Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Your Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you''ll make sure large-scale contracts are invoiced and accounted for correctly and in-line with GSCOP regulations. We''ll also look to you to support with the management of our internal budget and action day-to-day account reconciliations.

* Work with our suppliers to make sure large-scale contracts are invoiced and accounted for correctly
* Investigate, solve and re-invoice any invoice disputes and carry out supplier rebate collection
* Reconcile accounts and provide accurate commentary alongside these
* Explore financial data and reports to identify any potential issues
* Make sure invoiced figures are in line with forecasted figures

Your Experience/Qualifications

Essential

• Proven experience in invoicing or a similar finance-related role, such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Finance Assistant

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, and SUMIFS functions

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively across teams

• Experience with system changeovers and working with SAP is a must
