The student is currently out of mainstream education and requires tailored educational support to help re-engage with learning and achieve their individual targets.The student has additional learning needs and would benefit from a patient, nurturing, and adaptable tutor who can deliver personalised lessons while building confidence, independence, and a positive attitude towards education.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging, tailored 1:1 tuition sessions aligned with the student''s age, ability, and educational needs.Support a primary-aged learner who is currently out of school and may have experienced disruption to their education.Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate SEND requirements and learning preferences.Create a positive and structured learning environment that encourages participation and engagement.Support the development of literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills where appropriate.Build a strong and trusting relationship with the student to promote confidence and progress.Monitor, record, and report on student progress and outcomes.Requirements:Experience working with primary-aged children with SEND.Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and differentiated ..... full job details .....
