This role provides hands-on support to managers across a full range of HR activities, including employee relations, policy development, organisational change and people data insights.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional HR advice to managers on absence, performance, recruitment, promotion and workforce planning.Support HR casework-including sickness management, grievances, disciplinaries and capability-ensuring fair and consistent handling.Coach and upskill managers in applying people policies and best practice.Contribute to ongoing development and review of HR policies, procedures and frameworks.Assist with organisational change initiatives, team reviews and restructures, ensuring clear communication and smooth implementation.Analyse people data to identify trends and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.Work collaboratively with internal departments such as Occupational Health, Finance and Legal, as well as external partners, to support effective HR delivery.Support the delivery of training sessions for managers alongside LandD colleagues.Take on additional HR project work as required by senior HR leadership.What We''re Looking ForSolid experience in an HR Advisor or generalist HR role.Strong background in managing employee relations from start to finish.Confident in ..... full job details .....
