HRGO are recruiting a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join a busy parts operation. This hands-on role combines warehouse duties with online sales admin. The ideal candidate is practical, detail-focused and comfortable working with physical stock and e-commerce platforms.Job Title: Warehouse AdministratorHours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pmLocation: Ellesmere Port Pay: 12.21 per hour, paid weekly Key responsibilities as a Warehouse Administrator: Create clear, accurate eBay listings for parts: write descriptions, set pricing, select categories, apply postage rules and manage listing templatesPhotograph parts to a high standard and upload images to listingsMonitor eBay messages, questions and orders; manage payments and order processingPick, pack and dispatch parts to customers promptly and accuratelyMaintain stock records, perform regular cycle counts and update inventory systemsSupport general warehouse tasks such as receiving deliveries, labelling, storage and housekeepingEssential skills and experienceProven experience using eBay to list and sell parts or similar items, including experience with creating listings, optimising titles/descriptions and managing ordersStrong attention to detail and accurate data entry skillsExperience with packing and shipping parts safelyBasic IT skills: comfortable using web interfaces, email and Microsoft packagesGood communication skills and customer-service focusAbility to work independently and as part of a small teamWhy you should ..... full job details .....
