needed in Nuneaton. Paying £50 per hr. Ref 5275184. Full time hours on a temporary basis.Key Responsibilities

Conduct a comprehensive audit of Section 106 Agreements and associated financial contributions.Analyse and report on the status of contributions, including drawdowns and offsets.Collaborate with finance teams to assess balance sheet activity and ensure accurate reconciliation.Provide legal advice on planning obligations and related matters.Ensure all work is delivered in line with equal opportunities principles and with a strong customer care ethos.How to apply
