Responsibilities

Develop and communicate system concepts, architectures, and trades

Elicit and decompose requirements for complex systems

Work with design teams to define design principles and constraints

Support cross-functional assessment and analysis activities

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Present technical solutions to senior stakeholders and influence design decisions

Candidate Profile

Strong analytical and systems thinking skills

Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

Experience with multi-domain systems and architectural processes

Agile mindset and willingness to learn and deliver in a collaborative environment

Attention to detail, organisational skills, and effective communication
