This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out upgrades and general maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Carry out a variety of plastering upgrades for tenanted properties across East Birmingham, Tamworth and Coventry.Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.Experience in other trades to atleast a basic standard, such as floor laying / plumbing / tiling / carpentry.Complete full works required including bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing, attending to damp and mould ensuring health and safety processes are adhered to.Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visitsRequirements:NVQ or City and Guilds L2 in tradeCSCS CardFacefit (this can be sorted once started)Previous experience in plastering across social housing or privateStrong communication and customer service skillsFull UK Driving LicenceAbility to perform basic secondary tradesWhat s in it for you?Weekly payVarious pay options - PAYE / CIS Long-term opportunity with temp-to-perm potentialOngoing support and dedicated recruiterInterested?To apply, send your CV to (url removed) or contact Grace ..... full job details .....
