An excellent opportunity has been created for an organised, customer focused logistics / shipping coordinator to join a world leading manufacturer and distributor of professional products based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire in a busy shipping department.

You need to be a confident with the ability to prioritise your workload, good administrator andamp; numeracy skills with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with the team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing goods and processing worldwide shipments by courier and freight forwarder
• Liaising with production and test teams
• Processing RMA receipts and distributing them
• General administrative duties
• Occasional driving and delivery jobs

Key Qualifications and Capabilities:

• Organised with a good attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Focused on providing a high standard of service to internal and external customers

Desirable:

• Knowledge of MRP/ERP system
• Experience of international trade and logistics
• Full and clean driving licence

This position is based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire with parking, 37.5 hours per week with flexible start times and 100% office based.
