Collaborate with the Head of Safer Communities and the wider team to manage the end-to-end project process, including risk and outcome management. Supervise staff for specific projects and manage allocated budgets for projects or events. Engage stakeholders, especially residents, to ensure their needs are considered and met. Drive and deliver service-led change through programme and project management. Lead on specific projects/programmes, ensuring outcomes are met. Develop and review process maps, project controls, and systems for effective risk and financial management. Oversee the work of staff involved in projects and ensure service providers deliver contracts on time and within budget. Identify and develop new systems, procedures, and policies to improve service provision. Support the Head of Safer Communities in HR policies, compliance, and reporting. Plan, monitor, and report project progress against plans. Identify, resolve, and escalate project issues, ensuring risk management.
