The post-holder will work both autonomously and collaboratively, contributing to the organisation''s mission, values, and operational success.The role ensures residents and landlords experience a clean, safe, well-maintained environment through planned, reactive, and proactive maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities 1. General Maintenance and Repairs Carry out maintenance, repair and improvement works across all properties.Work across communal areas, offices, external spaces, and resident units.Complete refurbishment projects for offices and resident accommodation.Undertake multi-trade tasks including: Basic carpentryBasic electricsBasic plumbingTiling (small areas)PlasteringPainting Review and complete tasks assigned through the In-Form maintenance software.Log, raise and update maintenance tasks in the system.Perform routine and minor repairs as directed by managers.Support staff with assembling/moving furniture Ensure safe, secure storage of tools and equipment.Maintain high standards of Health and Safety 2.
