You will cultivate and expand our independent On-Trade business and forge lasting relationships within your designated territory or key cities. This role aims to amplify Brown-Forman''s portfolio presence, driving growth across distribution, value, volume, brand advocacy, visibility, and promotional activations to secure winning positions in the On-Trade landscape.
What You Can Expect
Champion Iconic Brands and Cultivate Super Premium Growth: build the Jack Daniel''s brand and expand the Super Premium portfolio (El Jimador, Gin Mare, Diplomatico, Woodford Reserve).
Elevate Customer Partnerships: nurture and expand relationships with key customers in your territory.
Drive Value-Led Growth: work with customers to develop and execute business plans that create value and grow volume.
Unlock New Business: pursue opportunities with wholesale teams and secure key accounts to grow premium brand presence in on-premise locations.
Forge Internal Connections: collaborate across Brown-Forman''s UK operations and On-Trade team.
On-Trade Ambassador: represent Brown-Forman in the region, participating in industry events and building relationships.
Territory Management: plan and manage customer engagements using Salesforce; maintain organization and time management.
Craft High-Impact Account Strategies: develop Account Plans for independent free-trade premium influencer accounts to drive year-over-year value and volume growth.
Resourceful Budget Management: work with your Regional Sales Manager to plan and manage budgets and resources.
Drive Efficiency and Compliance: use CRM and adhere to sales processes and tools.
Champion Responsible Growth: execute incentive programs under RSM guidance and uphold CSR guidelines.
What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
IT and social media experience; MS Office and Google applications
Strong business acumen; fluent English (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations, written)
Self-starter with ability to plan, prepare and gain alignment
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects to deadlines
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Collaborative team player who is adaptable, flexible and resilient
Full UK Driving Licence (unless located in London)
