Due to continued growth and the ongoing success of their void property contract, we are looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join their team.The RoleWorking on a dedicated voids contract for a Housing Association, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs and refurbishment works to bring empty properties back to a lettable standard within agreed timescales.This is a hands-on role requiring a strong all-round skillset and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship and excellent serviceKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance in void residential propertiesComplete works including (but not limited to):Carpentry (doors, skirting, kitchen repairs)Basic plumbing (tap changes, sanitary ware replacement)Patch plastering and making goodTiling repairsPainting and decoratingBathroom and kitchen fittingEnsure properties meet lettable standards and client specificationsWork efficiently to meet turnaround deadlinesMaintain high standards of health and safetyProvide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants and housing officersAccurately complete job reports and paperworkRequirementsProven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative in social housing ..... full job details .....
