The organisation Our client is an established residential property management organisation responsible for a varied London portfolio encompassing residential blocks, mixed-use schemes, RMC and RTM structures and higher-rise buildings. The business is looking for a Property Manager who can take genuine ownership of their portfolio, providing clients and residents with a consistent service while maintaining control of financial, compliance and operational matters. The role and responsibilities As Property Manager, you will manage a geographically dispersed London portfolio while working closely with senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include: Taking day-to-day ownership of a portfolio of residential blocks and mixed-use developments. Preparing service charge budgets, monitoring expenditure and identifying potential funding issues. Managing RMC and RTM relationships and communicating effectively with directors and leaseholders.
