Finance Director Northamptonshire - Hybrid. We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, operational efficiency, and commercial performance. This is a high-impact role working closely with the CEO as a strategic partner to drive growth, profitability, and exit readiness. Financial Strategy and Governance - Own financial strategy aligned with growth and profitability. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and working capital management. - Maintain strong financial controls and manage external advisors. - Deliver investor-grade reporting, KPIs, and board packs. - Lead FPandA to provide actionable insight and analysis. - Analyse customer cohorts, marketing efficiency, pricing, and margin mix. - Challenge commercial leadership to improve profitability and leverage. - Support financial planning for international expansion. - Model new market entry, capex, and growth initiatives. - Identify opportunities to reduce overheads and improve productivity. - Drive process simplification, automation, and offshore/shared-service initiatives. Exit and Investor Readiness - Prepare the business for strategic exit or fundraising within 2-3 years. - Develop multi-year financial models, scenario planning, and valuation drivers. - Manage investor relationships and ensure audit-ready reporting.
