We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our night team and provide consistent, high-quality care that helps our residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected throughout the night.What We Offer£19.76 per hourUp to 44 hours per weekShift times: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AMEnhanced overtime pay (time and a half)Paid NMC fees, Pension schemeFree PVG, Free uniform and onsite parking5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)Ongoing training, clinical development, and career progression within a supportive care groupWhat You Will Do As a Registered Nurse on the night shift, you will ensure that residents receive consistent, compassionate care during overnight hours. You will monitor and manage any changes in health or wellbeing, administer medications, oversee care plans, and provide reassurance and support to residents throughout the night. You will be responsible for supervising and guiding the night care team, ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth handovers.
