Due to continued growth, we are seeking skilled Sprinkler Service Engineers to join their expanding Commercial Buildings Division. The Role You will be responsible for the servicing, testing, maintenance and repair of fire sprinkler systems across a varied client portfolio including commercial buildings, retail sites, hotels and residential developments. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on fire sprinkler systems and associated equipment. Conduct visual inspections, water supply testing, alarm testing, valve checks and sprinkler head inspections. Service fire pumps, pipework and valve sets. Clean and maintain sprinkler systems to ensure optimal performance. Perform dry and wet riser testing. Troubleshoot faults and undertake repairs and replacements as required. Carry out annual inspections and weekly testing procedures. Produce detailed service reports, documenting faults and recommending remedial actions.
