Pay: -12.60 per hour

We are seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our busy furniture distribution team in Swindon. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, working efficiently, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Role Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and loading/unloading a variety of furniture items safely and efficiently, including heavy and bulky products
• Assisting with stock control, inventory checks, and ensuring all items are stored correctly
• Preparing orders for dispatch to customers and delivery routes
• Moving company vans within the yard when required (driving licence essential)
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with health and safety guidelines
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (essential) - applicants without a valid licence will not be considered
• Ability to handle heavy furniture and work at a steady, productive pace
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and packing
• A proactive and adaptable approach to tasks
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work well within a team environment
• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
