Support Worker - Learning Disabilities (Female Only) Community Support Somerset (BA4 and DT9) We are seeking an experienced female Support Worker to join a small, person-centred learning disabilities service supporting individuals within the community across Somerset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and supporting people to live independently in their own homes and local community. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role - you must have the right to work in the UK in place to apply. Package 14.11 per hour Guaranteed 20 hours per week Mainly evenings and weekends Ongoing training and development Small supportive team Opportunity to grow with the service Stable long-term role Responsibilities Supporting adults with learning disabilities Community access and daily living support Assisting with personal care where required Working to person-centred support plans Building positive relationships Liaising with families and professionals Maintaining accurate records Promoting dignity, choice and independence Requirements Learning disabilities experience essential Female applicants only due to service user requirements Driver with own vehicle and business insurance Comfortable travelling across BA4 and DT9 Available evenings and alternate weekends Calm, reliable and person-centred approach Right to work in the UK This is a community-based role supporting people across BA4 and DT9.
