At Puddle Ducks, one of the UK’s leading providers of baby and child swimming lessons, we’re on the lookout for a Customer Care Assistant who can be the welcoming voice and guiding hand behind our excellent swimming programme.

What’s the role?

You’ll be providing friendly, responsive customer care to both new and existing families — helping them find the perfect class and feel supported every step of the way.

This is a home-based role, but you'll occasionally need to pop out to team meetings or poolside check-ins.

Your working hours:

• Every Saturday, 8am–1pm (essential)
• One evening per week until 7pm (desirable)
• Other hours are flexible and can work around your lifestyle – perfect if you're looking for a part-time role that fits!

Your day-to-day:

• Answering phone and email queries with warmth and professionalism
• Managing class bookings, waitlists and customer records
• Checking in with families who miss classes or leave the programme
• Collaborating with our team to keep everything running smoothly

What you bring:

• Excellent communication skills – you’re friendly, empathetic and clear
• Organised and tech-savvy – you're confident with email, databases and Microsoft Office
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude
• Team spirit, flexibility, and genuine care for customers
• A valid driving licence
