What will you be doing?
As a Graduate SEN TA, you''ll work alongside teachers to support pupils with additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop independence and engage with learning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support.
- Assisting with classroom activities and learning interventions.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development.
- Building supportive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Helping create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
What are we looking for?
The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
- A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, positive attitude.
- An interest in child development and SEN.
- A desire to pursue a career in education or psychology.
Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential.
