Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Legal Director to join their large Disputes practice in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer to join as a Director and work on high value varied disputes work.Our client is a full service international law firm with a great reputation. The Disputes practice are regarded as one of the best in the region who advise large corporate clients on a range of commercial disputes.DescriptionThe Commercial Litigation Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;Advising large corporate clients on a range of commercial litigation matters including heavy weight IT disputes, contractual disputes and procurement disputes.Manage and oversee high-value and complex disputes.Lead and mentor a team of lawyers with help from Partners.Maintain strong relationships with clients.Take an active role in business development.Lead on all forms of ADR.ProfileThe successful Commercial Litigation Legal Director should have / be;A track record in Commercial Litigation gained from a national or international law firm.A strong academic backgroundProven ability to manage and resolve complex legal disputes effectively.Exceptional leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing legal teams.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.Ties to LeedsJob OfferCompetitive salary in the range of £95000 to £110000.26 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.Generous pension contribution of 5%.Performance-based bonus structure.Hybrid working options for improved work-life balance.Comprehensive private healthcare coverage.Seniority level
