Overview:
Sellick Partnership Ltd is currently supporting a Staffordshire-based client in the recruitment of a Concierge on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role involves providing a secure, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage access to the building, ensuring only authorised residents, visitors, and professionals are permitted entry
• Operate and oversee CCTV systems and fob access equipment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations within the building
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of communal areas, including office spaces, ensuring cleanliness and hazard-free conditions
• Take immediate action where necessary to address cleanliness or safety concerns
• Accurately record all patrols and inspections
• Complete scheduled check-in calls to designated alternative sites in line with lone working procedures
• Follow on-call procedures when required, in accordance with company policy
• Report any repairs and maintenance issues promptly

Person Specification:

• Previous experience working with vulnerable individuals is essential
• Strong awareness of safety and security procedures
• Ability to work independently and follow lone working protocols
• Good communication and record-keeping skills
