Assistant Site Manager Industrial New Build Location: Heathrow Salary: £35,000 £45,000 + Package Our client is an established and growing main contractor with a strong track record delivering industrial and logistics developments throughout the UK. They are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a major new-build industrial/logistics project in the Heathrow area. The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Manager and wider delivery team, gaining exposure to all aspects of a major industrial development and playing an important role in the coordination and delivery of the works. Responsibilities: Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project Coordinating subcontractors and site activities Monitoring programme, progress and quality Assisting with site logistics and sequencing Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements Conducting inspections and maintaining site records Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and the wider project team Supporting the project through to successful completion The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor Main contractor experience preferred Industrial, logistics, warehouse or commercial new-build experience Experience of steel frame construction advantageous Good knowledge of construction processes CSCS and relevant construction qualifications Strong organisational and communication skills Full ..... full job details .....
