Production Team Leader Castleford Salary: 34,860.20 per annum Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off rotating days and nights (7:00am to 7:00pm / 7:00pm to 7:00am) Overview We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys leading teams, driving operational performance, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The Production Team Leader will support the Shift Supervisor and Production Manager in the day-to-day running of the operation, ensuring production targets are achieved while developing and motivating a team of operatives.
