We have pleasure recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established consultancy based in Leicester, for an experienced Contract Civil Engineer to support their expanding Transport & Infrastructure team.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a wide range of infrastructure and development projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design of highways, drainage, levels, earthworks, and external works
• Production of 3D models and hydraulic drainage designs using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroDrainage/FLOW
• Coordination with clients, contractors, and Local Authorities
• Support and preparation of S278, S38, S104, S106, and S185 applications
• Involvement in the preparation of Flood Risk Assessments
• Manage and deliver multiple project tasks to deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years'' experience in civil infrastructure design
• Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and drainage design software (e.g. MicroDrainage, FLOW)
• Good understanding of relevant UK legislation and adoption procedures (highways and drainage)
• Experience working in both public and private sector environments
• Strong communication and organisational skills
