This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting children, young people and families by providing a welcoming first point of contact and high-quality administrative support for our services and its users. As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, carers and partner agencies, you will help create a positive and inclusive experience for everyone accessing our services. This role 16.5 hours a week (days to be confirmed with successful candidate). Annual Leave and Bank holiday leave pro rata. Admin roles include but are not limited to: Financial management to include; ordering service materials, allocation of grants, checking payroll reports, overseeing the profit and loss reports to highlight any anomolies. Organise and monitor our service recording file rooms, ensuring clarity and order in our files across all areas of our service, Strong understanding of GDPR to support the management of our documents. Data management and compliance oversight Supporting the Team manager wiht statistics for contract reports Able to respond and offer help to enquiries either via phone or email.
