£12.35 per hour (up to 36.5 hrs)

£18.53 overtime rate (over 36.5 hrs)

after training

£12.43 per hour (up to 36.5 hrs)

£18.65 overtime rate (over 36.5 hrs)

Pontefract, WF8 2PD

Previous Production Experience Not Required

Monday to Friday

06:00-14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 rotating weekly

Permanent contract available after 12 weeks

Kingdom People are recruiting for several Food Production Operatives to work at one of our client’s sites in Pontefract, WF8 2PD. The customer is a leading confectionery manufacturer that operates in ambient production environment.

The Role

Food Production Operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):

Following recipes to ensure full product integrity

Mixing ingredients as per specification

Following site rules and procedures

Filling in paperwork

Quality control of ingredients

Reporting issues to team leader

Manual handling will be required (large part of role)

The role would suit experienced food production operator ready to take the next step.

Requirements

Food Production Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:

Be able to work 8 hr shift on rotating basis

Previous Production Experience Is Not Required

Being able to commute to Pontefract, WF8 2PD

Basic communication in English (written and spoken)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
