Contracts ManagerRole-Full time position Sector: Healthcare, Education, Commercial Location: North West (Projects are in the North West) Reporting to: Senior Operations Lead Working Pattern: Monday-Friday Package: £50,000 base + £5,000 car allowance Overview This is a hands-on Contracts Manager role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can take ownership of multiple live projects. The position involves managing several schemes simultaneously-typically 4 projects valued up to £3M, with an average project size of £400K. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage risk, opportunity, and people effectively. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Oversee 3-4 live projects at any one time, ranging from £200K-£400KEnsure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.Operate effectively in live environments, including healthcare properties.Maintain a strong presence on site. Communication and Leadership Lead site teams, subcontractors, and labour resourcesDrive proactive communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.Manage your own diary and prioritise workload independently. Risk and Opportunity Management Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, especially those associated with live healthcare environments.Spot opportunities for improvement, value engineering, and programme optimisation.
