Define and Approve Facilities, Equipment, Tooling and Processes, where appropriate, confirm and approve team member work. Use Lean Tools and Techniques to problem solve and improve our performance in the delivery of our product through Ship Manufacture and Integration as well as in the business processes that support this, Create clear, robust and visual instructions (including specifying tooling, equipment and plant) for a highly skilled operations team to deliver world class products that are both verifiable and repeatable. Plan and Define Facilities, Equipment, Tooling and Processes to support achieving and improving quality, cost and schedule requirements, ensuring that Safety is at the forefront of all we do.
