Key responsibilities include: Leading the day-to-day delivery and mobilisation of the EAH pilot. Coordinating school onboarding, implementation support and stakeholder engagement. Managing programme plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies. Working collaboratively across education, health and SEND services to ensure successful delivery.
