The vacancy has arisen from internal promotions, something the firm are proud of and have a good track record of. The firm is paper light with a modern case management system. Secretarial and legal assistant support is available to help you, although it would be anticipated that you could if necessary occasional handle admin if there was no one around that day. Benefits include : 27 days annual leave plus stats plus christmas off, standard pension and a generous bonus structure of up to 10% of anything invoiced once you are above target and this is paid annually. Hybrid working is available once you are through probation (3 months) - the firm want you in the office 5 days a week initially just so you become "part of the furniture" and are ingrained in the cultures and mechanics of the firm.
