To apply or to register your interest, please contact Gemma on and quote Job Ref: OVERVIEW:• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years'' PQE in residential conveyancing.• Case management experience is desirable.• You will handle a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership, Right to Buy, transfers of equity and lease extensions.• Reporting directly to the Head of Conveyancing, you will manage files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
