The role is based in London and offers hybrid workingClient DetailsEducation OrganisationBased in London with hybrid workingDescriptionAn Interim Head of HR to:Lead a small HR team Develop and deliver HR best practiceReview the HR department to manage BAU activity, alongside identifying improvements and efficienciesLead strategic and operational activity to identify prioritiesLead strategic projectsProvide advice to managers and partner with C-suiteSupport the full employee life cycle including policies, processes, ER, retention, reward and performanceLead strategic people objectives and projects Deliver cost savings and develop more effective / efficient ways of workingPartner with C-suite to prepare Remco papers Develop strong relationships with union repsDevelop a collaborative and high performing cultureReview the existing HR System to identify functionality improvements or support with procuring a new HR SystemProfileAn Interim Head of HR with:Education or Caring Services NFP experience essentialComfortable dealing with ambiguity and changeExperience leading operational and strategic HR initiativesAble to start at short noticeJob OfferInterim Head of HRUp to £80,000 per day on an equivalent day rate London based with hybrid workingStart within a week or ..... full job details .....
