Engineering Supervisor – £57,000 | Oxford Street

Location: Oxford Street (On-site only)Salary: £57,000Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00Extras: Planned weekend work and OT availableWe are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead avery Prestigious Commercial Complexfor a reputable corporate client. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the mobilisation and ongoing maintenance of high-end commercial buildings.Key Responsibilities:? Organize and manage all planned and reactive maintenance? Ensure all work complies with HandS regulations and complete required documentation? Maintain plant rooms and ensure cleanliness and efficiency? Oversee reactive maintenance in line with contract requirements? Manage minor improvements and oversee contractors on-site? Attend client meetings and act as the primary on-site contact? Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors to maintain a high-end corporate workspace? Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and project work

What We’re Looking For:Experienced leader with a strong technical background in MandE maintenanceSelf-starter with the ability to manage workload proactively and drive team performanceWell-presented and professional, with excellent communication skills for a client-facing roleFlexible to work occasional weekends as neededRelevant qualifications (HVAC, Electrical/Mechanical, 18th Edition, etc.)
