Your new company We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead maintenance and minor works delivery across a large, diverse public sector estate. This is a 9-12 month contract based in Greater Belfast, offering flexible and hybrid working, and the opportunity to influence significant transformation across estates and facilities services.Your new role The Project Manager will lead a geographically dispersed team of professional, technical and administrative staff, ensuring the effective delivery of planned, response and minor capital works.
