The CNC Router Role:This role involves setting up and operating CNC routing machines to process timber-based joinery components, working in line with technical drawings and production plans to meet quality and output targets.Operate CNC routing machinery to cut and shape doors, panels, and other joinery componentsRead and interpret CAD drawings and production work ordersLoad raw materials, monitor machine operations, and carry out basic programming or tool changes as requiredConduct in-process quality checks and ensure parts meet required tolerancesPerform routine machine maintenance and report any faultsAdhere to health and safety standards and maintain a clean working area The Candidate:Experience operating CNC routers in a manufacturing or joinery environment (woodwork experience preferred)Ability to read technical drawings and understand machining requirementsComfortable working with timber or MDF-based productsGood attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerancesSelf-motivated, reliable, and ..... full job details .....
