An experienced Senior Finance Business Partner is required to provide commercial finance support across a portfolio of complex cleaning and security contracts. You''ll work closely with operational leaders to strengthen margins, analyse labour performance and improve financial decision-making.

This 13-week contract suits a qualified finance professional with experience in labour-intensive, high-volume service environments.

The Role
 
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you''ll:

• Manage financial performance and margins across cleaning and security contracts.
• Analyse labour utilisation, operational costs and financial variances.
• Provide commercial insight to contract managers and operational leaders.
• Lead financial modelling, scenario planning and cost-benefit analysis.
• Translate complex labour costs into clear commercial recommendations.
• Support bid teams with financial analysis for new Soft FM opportunities.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and contractual service requirements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify risks and improve contract performance.

About You
 
To be successful as the Senior Finance Business Partner, you''ll have:

• Full CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification.
• Experience managing labour-intensive operational budgets and contracts.
• Strong commercial finance, modelling and variance analysis capabilities.
• Experience within high-volume, low-margin service environments.
• Knowledge of contract KPIs and performance against strict SLAs.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• The ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance leaders.
• Soft FM, cleaning or security sector experience would be advantageous.
